Every real estate transaction in Arizona is an opportunity to fund permanent affordable housing. AZHF has structured three easy entry points for any type of organization.

Homebuilders, developers, real estate agents, brokers, title companies, buyers and sellers all donate at closing. Suggested amount: $25 per residential transaction, $100 per commercial transaction party.
Multifamily operators donate $5 per rental application submitted. Residents can also opt in. Simple to implement — no change to existing systems required.
Corporate, foundation, government and individual donors give directly. All contributions are tax-deductible. A designated gift to AZHF through the Arizona Community Foundation is fully accounted for and reported.
