Funding the Permanent Solution

Grant Awards.

AZHF provides equity grants to Arizona nonprofits building permanent affordable supportive housing. Every dollar granted creates lasting community infrastructure — not a temporary fix.

Who we fund and how.

Who We Fund
Vulnerable Arizonans — up to 30% AMI

AZHF provides funding for permanent supportive housing projects that serve the most vulnerable individuals and families earning up to 30% of Area Median Income. Funding is distributed on a first come, first served basis for mission-aligned projects.

Priority populations include: disabled adults, elderly individuals, veterans, youth aging out of foster care, people in recovery, and those exiting incarceration.
