Of Impact

Three revenue streams.
One mission.

Escrow Donation Program

Used by realtors, brokers, home buyers and sellers. At closing, participants donate to AZHF — a seamless integration into Arizona's real estate transactions.

Lease Application Program

Multifamily housing companies donate $5 per rental application. Residents can participate too — turning everyday housing transactions into community impact.

Directed Donations

Individuals, families, foundations, nonprofits, corporations and government bodies give directly. All donations are tax-deductible and go directly to building more housing units.

The most cost-effective solution
Arizona has.

Permanent supportive housing isn't just compassionate — it's the most fiscally responsible investment available. Every dollar that funds a housing unit prevents multiples in emergency, incarceration, and hospital costs.

Housing type Paid by Monthly cost
Supportive Housing Rent Tenant $400–$600
Emergency Shelter Community $2,000
State Prison Taxpayers $3,416
Hospital Bed Taxpayers $2,960–$3,500 / day

Put your dollars to work

Every gift builds a unit.
Every unit ends a crisis.

The Arizona Housing Fund directs 100% of donations to nonprofit partners building permanent supportive housing across the state.
